As a company of the Zumtobel Group, which in May of 2009 concluded a comprehensive cross-licensing agreement with Philips, Ledon is a qualified supplier under the Philips LED-based luminaires licensing program.

Ledon, as one of the Zumtobel Group's OEM brands, offers its customers the advantage of being exempt from paying royalties to Philips under the terms of this LED-based lumninaires licensing program.
